CHRISTINE GAIRDNER
Gairdner Design is shaped by a life lived between two worlds. Born in the south of France, Christine spent summers with family between pastoral countryside and port towns, soaking in rich colors, delicious food, antiquities and architecture. She learned about light, space, and form by being immersed in gorgeous landscapes while watching how the French live, eat and love life.
Raised in the farmlands north of Toronto, Christine developed a love for moody hues, natural materials, and enduring design. This dual influence defines Gairdner Design today—interiors that feel elevated yet grounded, classic yet lived-in, and thoughtfully crafted to stand the test of time.
As the daughter of an OG Interior Architect - who drew plans by hand! - Christine was exposed early on to decorating, furniture and changing the nature of a space.
At the heart of it all, she loves helping people create environments that they feel really good in, can connect with, and ultimately love.

TYLER PRINTESS
Tyler, who was born in Sudbury and raised in Barrie, has become a strong asset to the team. He has earned Diplomas in Business Management and Interior Design from Humber College. With valuable experience at other design firms, as well as at RH Toronto, he manages projects and clients with excellent customer service, professionalism and brings a great sense of design and style. Tyler manages many aspects of design and project coordination for our projects. Of Danish descent, Tyler is passionate about Scandinavian design, culture, and delicious pastries. Also, he is a generous volunteer, a sought after dog sitter, and an all around great human being.
